Dave Douglas

Chief Operating Officer

David has over two decades of experience delivering operational and technical excellence to customers in the Healthcare IT industry. His passion for quality management resulted in a Six Sigma Black Belt certification early in his career.

Prior to joining Aptarro, Dave’s roles included Vice President of Operations at RCxRules, and Director of Service Operations for GE Healthcare IT. Throughout his career in Healthcare Dave has developed and led customer-oriented quality improvement initiatives within the service departments, while also driving business growth and profitability.

David has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Healthcare, a BA in Biology and a BA in Political Science and Education.
