Carolyn Koehn

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Carolyn Koehn joined Aptarro as Interim Chief Financial Officer in March 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience in the high-tech industry, both domestically and internationally. She has supported hardware and SaaS companies across a wide range of functions, including sales, marketing, product development, logistics, reverse logistics, manufacturing, fulfillment, internal audit, consulting, and sales compensation.

Carolyn has extensive experience supporting both high-growth and mature companies, translating strategy into execution while building high-performing teams. Her career spans leadership roles at several prominent organizations, beginning in international sales at Peavey Electronics before taking on financial leadership roles at Nortel Networks. She spent two decades at Dell, served as CFO and VP of Operations at Boomi, CFO at Marigold, and most recently, Interim CFO at Intelerad.

Carolyn holds a Master of Science in International Business and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami (she proudly calls herself a "HurriKoehn"). She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages with a minor in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business.

Outside of work, Carolyn divides her time between family, career, and philanthropy. She and her husband of 29 years, Michael, have two children, Jonathan and Jessica, and their canine mascot, Jax. She actively supports her community as a Board Member for Sacred Heart Community Clinic and serves as Council President at Palm Valley Lutheran Church.
